If the piece isn’t right for you, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Return conditions:

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• All accessories and tags must be included.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and check the item, we process the refund through the same payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, usually within 5–10 business days.
